Policy

We kindly ask our clients to read and respect the following terms:

• Appointments can only be secured with a 50% deposit.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• If you wish to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, which cannot be refunded or used for future bookings.
